This individual is responsible for overseeing the strategic direction, operation, compliance, and financial results within a defined geographic region.
Responsibilities also include developing marketing plans and assisting in growing new business.
This role will ensure that all reporting operations adhere to the overall corporate mission, vision, and core values while consistently meeting expectations.
This role will also ensure that safety is the number one priority at all locations.
Position
Responsibilities:
This position will be responsible for ensuring that the daily car wash operation runs smoothly and safely.
This will include developing and managing high functioning, service teams, building and fostering strong guest relationships and processing high quality, clean cars in an express car wash environment.
Ensures that procedures exist at all sites to guarantee a safe working environment and excellent service, productivity and facilities and equipment maintenance Oversee and direct all activities of operations in the region to achieve company operational performance targets Consistently apply and uphold operational excellence and superior guest service to all sites Partners with executive leadership team to develop, recommend, and maintain operating budgets for all reporting sites Partners with Human Resources to support best recruitment, employee relations, and safety practices Be the champion in communicating goals, objectives, and values so that each associate at every level understands how they impact the business every day Position Requirements:
5 years successful experience in the industry or related; experience managing multiple units and geographically dispersed teams Understand and utilize financial analysis tools to grow the business Can drive profit through guest satisfaction, increased volume, and guest loyalty Are production driven through hands-on management and lead by example Enjoy team building including training and developing people Enjoy working in an outdoors, fast-paced, guest focused environment Have mechanical aptitude; analytic and strategic thinking ability; excellent communication skills Must be able to work a minimum of five days per week; a minimum of 50 hours per week including weekends and nights Must have a successful completion of a criminal background check Education and/or
