Our sites and homes are affordable and are designed for tenants on a limited budget.
Our portfolio of about 100 units is located in Zephyrhills, Plant City, Port Richey, NPR and Tampa.
We are looking for a Property Manager to manage all the aspects of the rental operations.
The Property Manager's (PM) role includes the following
Responsibilities:
Leasing & Marketing - maintain close to full occupancy at all times by quickly re-renting any vacant units.
Collections / Evictions - make sure that everybody pays rent on time.
Evict seriously delinquent tenants.
Bills & Accounting - pay all bills and expenses in connection with real estate operations and log them into the company software.
Coordinate and schedule service calls with the In-house Maintenance and Third Party vendors Other Miscellaneous Tasks in connection with the real estate portfolio management.
Travel required (Zephyrhills, Plant City, Port Richey, Tampa).
Work from home and/or from onsite mobile office in Zephyrhills.
A strong candidate should have several years of prior experience in residential rentals property management, good level of computer skills, basic bookkeeping and other administrative skills.
An ideal candidate should have at least 3-5 years of prior property management experience and should be very responsive and able to communicate effectively both verbal and via.

The pay will be based on the candidate experience and will comprised of a base pay and an annual bonus.
A successful candidate must have a good level of proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), and to be able to learn new programs quickly.
Proficiency with the following programs is a plus:
Buildium (or AppFolio).
