You'll welcome guests, manage their information, distribute their keys and room assignments, and answer any general inquiries to ensure they have an excellent stay with us.

Responsibilities:
Manage room bookings in-person, online, and through incoming calls, and answer inquiries about guests' needs, including questions about available rooms, amenities, room rates, special requests, and rewards programs Greet, check-in, and check out guests when they arrive and leave the premises, distribute keys and room assignments, and record credit card information Work with the housekeeping staff to ensure rooms are ready for new guests Bookkeeping:
keep accurate records of all hotel guest account information Field customer complaints when necessary Welcoming guests assisting walk-in guests, scheduling guests' reservations, answering phones with professional phone etiquette, and helping guests with questions and issues Maintains a friendly, professional, approachable style to always build relationships and work harmoniously with others Prioritizes tasks while staying focused on several projects simultaneously; diligently follows up on outstanding items Efficiently processes updated guest information and payments into the database Keeping the reception area tidy Ability to multitask effectively
Qualifications:
Has experience answering telephone calls and troubleshooting stressful situations High school diploma, GED, or equivalent Has previous experience or working knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation management systems At least one year of hospitality industry experience as a hotel front desk agent or similar position preferred Excellent time management skills, organizational skills, customer service skills, and interpersonal skills About Company Microtel Inn and Suites by Wyndham Zephyrhills.
