We are looking for experienced Lead Cleaners with entrepreneurial desires like YOU! In this role, you will service a growing cleaning route, provide hands-on residential cleaning, maintain long-term customer relationships, and be supported and mentored as you grow your rote and your leadership skills.
We invest in YOU by providing vetted customer accounts that transition to recurring service, proper cleaning standards and QA checklists to help you consistently deliver a premium clean, recruiting and hiring assistance to help you hire your dream team, and route scheduling and customer service.

The ideal candidate has over 3 years cleaning experience, with at least one year in a supervisory role.
