Serve as the primary point of contact for our policyholders, addressing their insurance-related inquiries and providing accurate information.
Policy Updates:
Assist customers with making changes to their insurance policies, such as adding or removing coverage, updating personal information, or making payments.
Claims Support:
Guide customers through the claims process, ensuring they understand the required documentation and assisting with any necessary follow-up.
Issue Resolution:
Investigate and resolve customer concerns or complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner.
Relationship Building:
Develop rapport with customers to foster long-term relationships and loyalty to the agency.
Administrative Tasks:
Complete necessary paperwork, update databases, and perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements Licensing Requirements:
You will be required to get a Florida 4-40 license (Customer Service Representative) within the first 60 days of employment.
License paid in full by employer.
Must be able to study for exam on your own time.
Excellent Communication Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients, partner insurance carriers and colleagues.

Ability to accurately process policy changes and maintain organized documentation.

Experience:
Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably within the insurance industry, is a plus but not a requirement.
