As a part of our team you will be performing these tasks:
o Create requisitions and build/maintain talent pipelines for current and future demand.
o Utilize social media campaigns, tools and innovation to conduct passive searches.
o Use advanced Boolean search techniques to mine candidate profiles in databases, networks, Google, etc.
o Ensure all hiring policies, legal requirements and federal and state regulations related to employment are adhered to throughout the recruitment process.
o Perform as a member of the Recruiting Team by providing sourcing support to other recruiters as and when required.
Requirement Note
o Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
o Inside sales or business development (telephone based preferred )
