You will be responsible for building high quality customer service relationships over the telephone with an emphasis on customer retention, product education and add-on selling of high-end, high tech financial software to individual traders worldwide. There is no cold calling involved and you don't need any financial industry experience, but you must possess 100% integrity.

Customer Service Representative (Technical Support/ Customer Service)
Candidate Prerequisites & Skills Required:
2 Years Customer Service/Support experience
High School Diploma or equivalent
Ability to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and complete navigation with customers, guiding them through material and overcoming technical difficulties
Experience with multiple versions of Windows Operating System
Experience with MS Outlook, MS Word and MS Excel
Salesforce.com knowledge a plus but not required
Quick learner with ability to retain complex information
Ability to communicate complex ideas and issues in a clear and concise manner, both orally and in written form
Ability to direct conversations and be confident over the phone
Must have effective time management and multi-tasking skills to increase number of customers serviced efficiently
Progressive thinking, ability to ask probing questions to identify and troubleshoot customer issues

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
