The Center for Life Management (CLM) is a non-profit community mental health organization that has been serving the people and communities of Southern New Hampshire for 50 years as a provider of behavioral and mental health services. It has multiple locations in southern NH and 250+ employees.

Application support:


 


At CLM, we have two main applications webAISCE and Treeno (EMR). I have worked extensively with these systems.



  • Generate monthly reports from webAISCE for the State, Management and Board

  • Analysis and resolution of the issues related to webAISCE and EMR.

  • Worked with the hospital and state registered sites to search and add physicians in the clinical system

  • Create documentation for the webAISCE system.


 


User Support (Hardware/Software):


 



  • Distribute laptops, training, remote connection, set up VPN, Verizon Wireless card

  • Install software

  • Resolve I/p conflict issues.

  • Troubleshoot email problems

  • Resolve Synchronization issues between server and user terminals.

  • Troubleshoot network printer issues.

  • Use RDP (Remote Desktop Protocol) like ‘log me in’ for user support.


 


 


User Training:



  • Setting up new staff on the IS platform.

  • New Employee orientation on IT systems and policies.

  • Training staff on using the terminal, phones, etc..

  • Provide ongoing training to new and existing staff on the clinical system

  • Essential Learning (online learning): Work with Essential Learning to set up and offer staff online training opportunities for behavioral health, compliance training. Generate curriculum, course completion reports to Program managers and directors.
